Q6. I can't hear the sound when I'm watching a video lecture
If digital content plays but you can't hear a sound while streaming
education videos, please check the following:
1. Check the volume set-up and connection
Please run another video file to see if the sound output is
possible, or if there’s no sound, please check whether the volume at the bottom
right of the taskbar is muted or set to small, or is normally connected to the
speaker terminal.
2. Reinstallation of the player
Completely delete and reinstall the player for troubleshooting
purposes. Please download and install the uploaded file in the video program
download posts from CONTACT -> FAQ -> Player at the top of the website.
