Q3. I can't play videos on my PC.

Please reinstall the video player after you delete the [yoondisk HD] video player from [Delete/Add Program], and then set it at [Control Panel]-Change View Category [Big Icon]-[Internet Options]-[Advanced]-[Return to as it was].

※ If you use Windows XP, when installing the video player first time, save the installation file on the desktop, exit your Internet browser, and log in to the homepage again and try running it.
